This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not buy personal data, and we do not track you around the internet.

If you do not tick the opt-in box, you will still receive your dashboard — we simply will not add you to our follow-up messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a small number of trusted suppliers who process information on our behalf:
Some of these suppliers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
We keep your diagnostic results and contact details for as long as you remain in touch with us and for up to three years after your last interaction, after which they are deleted. Records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes are held for six years. If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum necessary to ensure we do not contact you again.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message.
