For too long, wealth has been defined almost exclusively by money.
Yet every day we make decisions about far more than our bank balance. We invest our time, energy, attention, relationships, reputation, knowledge and financial resources.
Wealth Reimagined invites women to explore a different relationship with wealth. One that goes beyond money to recognise wealth in all its forms, and to become intentional about how we create, allocate and steward our capital in ways that reflect our values and the future we want to create.
At its heart, this is about a different way of seeing ourselves in relation to wealth.

Women are becoming increasingly influential as investors, business owners, leaders and decision-makers. Yet many of us still carry outdated assumptions about what wealth is, who creates it and how it should be used.

Just days before the Red Roses take on New Zealand at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, we’ll gather at historic Richmond Rugby Club to celebrate one of the greatest success stories in women’s sport.
Women’s rugby has shown what becomes possible when talent is recognised, investment follows belief and people are prepared to back potential long before the results are obvious.
Those same principles apply far beyond the pitch. Together we’ll explore what business, investing and leadership can learn from elite sport, and why backing ourselves, and one another, matters more than ever.

Caroline Smale
Caroline’s career has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to take on bigger challenges. After moving from food laboratories into accountancy, she qualified with Bishop Fleming and built a career spanning audit, regulation and professional leadership. Her long-standing service to ICAEW led to her current role as President, where she continues to champion and mentor women and younger members. Based in South Devon, Caroline is also an avid rugby fan.
Deborah Griffin OBE
Deborah is a pioneer of women’s rugby and the first woman to serve as President of the RFU. A founding member of the Women’s Rugby Football Union, she helped organise the inaugural Women’s Rugby World Cup and has spent decades creating opportunities for women in the game.
