Meet The Author
Isabels' journey has taken her from the trading floor in the City of London, managing £1 billion of assets across the EMEA region, to the slopes of Chamonix (where she spent 14 wonderful years) and eventually to the stunning Devon coast.
Along the way, she has developed and managed properties across the UK and France, learning that every project—like every person—has unique potential waiting to be unlocked.
She started coaching business leaders in 2013, and has since developed a deep passion for helping individuals and teams transform from where they are to where they want to be.
Combining her love for business and her enthusiasm for personal development, she created a coaching approach that aligns both the strategic and psychological aspects of growth, enabling her clients to achieve lasting success.
When she's not coaching leaders or scaling businesses, you’ll find her embracing coastal life in Devon. Trading her ski boots for sailing shoes was quite the change, but Isabel finds something magical about starting the day with a sea swim. It’s in these moments of tranquillity and connection with nature that she finds clarity and inspiration for her work.
She's always had a passion for personal development since she was a teenager, and combining this with her love for business has brought her purpose and passion. She has been involved in investing in businesses since the start of her career, and this hands-on experience has given her invaluable insights into the challenges leaders face and the unique dynamics of every team.
