My journey has taken me from the trading floor in the City of London, managing £1 billion of assets across the EMEA region, to the slopes of Chamonix (where I spent 14 wonderful years) and eventually to the stunning Devon coast.

Along the way, I’ve developed and managed properties across the UK and France, learning that every project—like every person—has unique potential waiting to be unlocked.

I started coaching business leaders in 2013, and I’ve since developed a deep passion for helping individuals and teams transform from where they are to where they want to be.

Combining my love for business and my enthusiasm for personal development, I’ve created a coaching approach that aligns both the strategic and psychological aspects of growth, enabling my clients to achieve lasting success.

When I’m not coaching leaders or scaling businesses, you’ll find me embracing coastal life in Devon. Trading my ski boots for sailing shoes was quite the change, but there’s something magical about starting the day with a sea swim. It’s in these moments of tranquillity and connection with nature that I find clarity and inspiration for my work.

I’ve always had a passion for personal development since I was a teenager, and combining this with my love for business has brought me purpose and passion. I’ve been involved in investing in businesses since the start of my career, and this hands-on experience has given me invaluable insights into the challenges leaders face and the unique dynamics of every team.

What is the Fearless Female Investors Collective?

FFIC is a private membership and mentorship experience, founded by Isabel Knight which is designed to help women grow, preserve, and confidently invest in what matters most to them, without jargon or intimidation. Think of it as the boys’ club... reimagined.

Is this only for women with lots of money to invest?

Not at all. Whether you're a female founder, a woman who is just starting out on your investing journey or you're a seasoned pro who has already achieved financial freedom, this collective will meet you where you are—with community, mindset, strategy, and support that's tailored to your specific goals.

When does it open and how much will it cost?

Doors open to those on the Waitlist on Monday 8th September—48 hours earlier than everyone else will get their invitation to join. Those on the waitlist get early access and founding member pricing. Expect a premium experience you won't find elsewhere at an investment you’ll feel amazing about.

Is this just another coaching programme?

Not even close. This is a hybrid of education, mentorship, and community that's designed and intended to change the way women feel about and approach money and investing for good. Do I need to know about investing before joining?

No prior knowledge is needed. We’ll walk you through every step, minus the overwhelm and you will be able to choose your 'track' depending on your level of experience.
